The biggest change right now is that the ec2 instance_states collection is only
accurate for ebs backed instances and not root-store instances. It remains to
be seen how big of a problem this is - however it is appropriate to at least
add a note to the relevant 'notes on specific drivers' section of the
Deltacloud website @ http://deltacloud.apache.org/drivers.html#ec2
This is just a note to make sure this task isn't forgotten.
