Build fails for windows.

To reproduce:
On Windows 7 machine
1) Install Java SE Development Kit 6u43
2) Install git for windows (http://git-scm.com/download/win)
3) Install Maven 3.2.1 (http://maven.apache.org/download.cgi)
4) Install eclipse kepler (4.3.2) SR2 / eclipse standard 4.3.2
(http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/)
5) Follow installation instructions
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STRATOS/Setting+Up+a+Development+Environment)
6) Add Java and MVN to your path
7) Do mvn clean install eclipse:eclipse
The build will fail and you will be directed to the log mentioned above.
