Hi, This is a point that we have started to discuss before but I would like to continue this discussion. What finaly have we planned to do to allow to add extra configuration to a bean (like we can with spring and propertyplaceholder). Guillaume Nodet has proposed to use Blueprint in combination with CDI and something similar has also been developed with solder project ( http://docs.jboss.org/seam/3/3.1.0.Final/reference/en-US/html/introduction.html )
