Fix For: 1.1.1
if users migrate from jsf 2 to jsf 2.2+ and they don't upgrade
deltaspike-jsf-module-impl-ee6 to deltaspike-jsf-module-impl, they get e.g. a
NullPointerException in DeltaSpikeLifecycleFactoryWrapper#getLifecycle.
therefore we need a better handling here.
