Seems Romain was right and I was wrong. 
Will revert the change as we blow up heavily in TomEE. Note that DeltaSpike 
still works, but we get ugly parsing exceptions.
I gonna fix that in TomEE, as the current approach of adding singular 'allowed' 
tags just doesn't scale. 

[~mkouba] is also right: we might keep this open and activate it again once the 
feature is final in CDI 2.0
