In JPQL you can define a query such as {{select e from Entity e join fetch
e.someChild}}. You can't do this with method expressions. It would also be a
bit too verbose to include all of the fetches.
We should introduce some ways to define the fetches for a query, as well as
whether its outer or inner join ( see notes from
http://docs.oracle.com/html/E13946_04/ejb3_langref.html#ejb3_langref_Joins
where its either "[INNER] JOIN" or "LEFT [OUTER] JOIN"
