Gerhard Petracek resolved DELTASPIKE-1293.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
#1 in case of binding="#{nameOfConverter} with f:converter jsf resolves the
bean directly (deltaspike doesn't change something here)
#2 a local test was successful (with myfaces-core + owb)
