As the subject says.
The download page links to 1.9.4, however that was replaced by 1.9.5 today
To avoid this happening in future, the recommended approach is:
- publish the new release. Do not delete the previous one yet.
- wait a day or so for mirrors to catch up
- update the download page, and send announce emails
- remove any old releases
