Currently ViewAcessScoped and WindowScoped is in DS Core
since Faces 4.0, we could just remove WindowScoped and change all occurances to
Faces ClientWindowScoped
this would require to move ViewAcessScoped to the faces module
IMO we should do this for a cleanup, i dont think ANYONE will ever use
ViewAcessScoped outside of Faces.
