### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case As a Tech Manager I want to know the time that passed from "In Progress" till "Done" of an issue in Jira, that way I can measure the "Issue Cycle Time", and I can know how productive is my time when beginning the development of an issue. ### Description Right now this metric is not being provided by Devlake, so we had to make a very complex query to calculate this metric to our tech managers.
