### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened I have a large repository with ~20k commits and it takes too long to finish. When I set blueprint sync policy's time filter it is not being considered. Also I through that second run would consider some delta to ignore old commits, but seems that it did a full scan again. ### What do you expect to happen I expect the gitextractor blueprint execution to consider de sync policy time filter. ### How to reproduce - Setup a blueprint to sync a large github repository - Run it for 6 months time filter - Change Sync policy to time filter from yesterday to now - Run blueprint again ### Anything else _No response_ ### Version v0.18.0 ### Are you willing to submit PR? - [ ] Yes I am willing to submit a PR! ### Code of Conduct - [X] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
