### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened I work in a organisation, and when I tried to add a github connection by following the docs, the PAT is not validated <img width="274" alt="Screenshot 2023-02-20 at 9 01 10 AM" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/56556749/220816125-a4702cb2-6f9a-4191-a0a3-f665c9083f2c.png";> The `devlake.log` file shows this error  What is the reason for this error? This bug might be because, the org uses few https certificates for https requests, so is there a way to upload these certificates during initiating a connection.
