### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case Currently the Go server talks Python via an in-house IPC protocol that we made many months ago. It was supposed to be a tmeporary solution at the time but it has its limitations and it's not worth maintaining when there are industry standard protocols out there. We want to have an RPC mechanism between the two tech stacks with support for streaming (e.g. sending log output messages, batch processing, etc).
