### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case As an interested user, I would like an easy way to install and run Apache DevLake. ### Description I created a script while working on a feature for the [NASA SLIM](https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/slim/blob/main/docs/guides/software-lifecycle/metrics/README.md) project. This script automatically installs and runs Docker Compose for DevLake.
