### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened 1. Create a GitHub connection and add some scopes to it. 2. Add some new scopes,. 3. Go to projects page and open the connection. 4.
