### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case Hello team, regarding the incident timing in PagerDuty, is it possible to make some changes to the dashboard? Specifically, it would be better to display the `DURATION` time instead of the `INCIDENT TIMES`. ### Description PagerDuty allows modifications to the timeline of an incident, and in some cases, we use that feature to manually edit the incident time. Therefore, my suggestion is to consider the incident time based on the `DURATION` field and to use it in the dashboards as well. If you don't mind can you please consider the suggested solution?
