## Question
If I am using something like Gitea as my git backend, which doesn't have its
own plugin, is it possible to calculate the DORA Metric for Lead Time for
Changes with just the issues and deployments webhooks? From my testing, it
seems like it would require pull_requests, which are not implemented in
Webhooks yet. Is this something on the roadmap?
