Resolution: Fixed
Looks like this was due to a mismatch of the default authorization service
name. It was changed as you know from oldAuthorizationService to
defaultAuthorizationService. The server.xml file was updated in other branches
but the updates did not find themselves into the 1.1 branc a.k.a. trunk. The
following commit fixes this issue:
