[Shared] Deployed shared and applied chmod on repo

Emmanuel,

As per our discussion on IRC I deployed your changes and did a chmod on
the repo to cleanup permissions.  Sorry about locking you out.

Perhaps Maven 2.0.5 has a fix for this.
