OK - It's JIRAd. I need to do a small experiment
to verify how RPM handles uninstalls.

all the files are left on the system.
Originally I thought
that RPM would figure out how
to back out the installed files,
since it installed them, but
maybe a POSTUN script needs to be
run to remove the files.
