[ApacheDS] Tools commands in 1.5.x don't seem to be outputing any logs

Hi Pierre,

I have been trying to debug the dump command for Markus and I cannot seem to
get any log output
any longer from the dump command.  I see some listeners here are they
supposed to be doing the
logging?
