Goal "replace-file-in-eclipse-artifact" isn't used ATM anymore but could be
usefull again later on when we found a way to patch the eclipse jars. This
doesn't works yet because eclipse signs its diestributed jars.
I'm not sure if we shall delete it or keep it for maybe later use.
