As I'm working on Configuration in DIT, I saw that some of the SASL
parameters are configurable, when they should not :
SaslQOP : this is a list defined when the server is started. It's not
something likely to change, I see no reason to have this parameter
visible in the configuration.
SaslMechanismHandlers : should we expose this paramater? As soon as some
mechanism is available, it should be wired in the server, and usable.
