Seems transitive dependencies are not resolved using the OSGi-ified shared-ldap
version. I added the missing dependencies:

Activated the ignored test

AFAIK, the formatting template is configured to *not* format comments. So it
won't automatically fix the layout, but must be done manually. Anyway, it's not
a big problem, we can fix them one by one.
