Pierre-Arnaud Marcelot commented on DIRSTUDIO-772:
--------------------------------------------------
Forgot to mention, that we've almost already resolved DIRAPI-78 (Binary
attributes are not correctly recognized and are retrieved with data
corruption), and that we'll probably launch a new release of the API and Studio
by the end of the week.
Apologies for all these defects but Studio is a rather complex piece of
software now, and shaking up things in the internals like we did for 2.0 has
had unexpected consequences on some parts of the code.
Many thanks for reporting everything you found so far.

> Priority: Minor

> In Studio 1.5.3 I could specify Entry UUID Editor as the editor for the
> attribute called GUID in Novell eDirectory.
> The Entry Editor in Studio would then display the GUID as a nice string:
> bcdf4a91-ccb1-ae49-a18f-bcdf4a91ccb1
> In 2.0 M2 this no longer works. The entry editor displays this next to the
> GUID attribute:
> Invalid UUID
