Improve Windows installer with JRE detection and creation of 'Apache Directory
Studio.ini' file.
The main goal of this change is to detect the path of the installed JRE (or let
the user provide it) and use it to create the 'Apache Directory Studio.ini'
file.
This will allow the application to be pinned under Windows 7.
