I don't see anything obvious, except that there may be something wrong in the
addusing/addUsedBy methods in Registries (those methods are only called in
debug mode).
I have added a try/catch around the code, to print a stack trace if we have any
kind of exception thrown.
Can you check with the latest trunk to see if you get some stackTrace that
could help me to know where the error comes from ?
