Both {{LdapNetworkConnection}} & {{LdapCoreSessionConnection}} inherit
{{LdapConnection}}. The latter doesn't cost network resource. So we can we
{{new LdapIdentityBackend(Config config)}} to connect to a LDAP server, and use
{{new LdapIdentityBackend(Config config, DirectoryService ds)}} to create a
{{LdapIdentityBackend}} object without cost network resource.
