Okay, I looked into the "Stop" action in Studio and it seems we just kill the
ApacheDS process without doing a proper shutdown, probably that can explain the
problems, if data is not yet syncronized to file system.
Are you on Windows? Then please try to used the standalone ApacheDS from
https://directory.apache.org/apacheds/downloads.html
