Description: There is a NPE in GssInitCred when no initial GSSCredential is
passed to manager.createContext, as we have no "name" in
GssInitCred.getInstance. (was: There is a NPE in GssInitCred when a TGT is
obtained via JAAS, as we have no "name" in GssInitCred.getInstance. )
