Some more info:

- The problem is *just* related to the network connection check. If I
check the authentication, Studio will ask me if I trust the certificate,
and if so, then the authentication will succeed, and I will be able to
connect and browse the remote server.

So the problem is really just about checking a SSL connection in the
first tab, not about having the connection working.

I will create a JIRA for that one.
