The M25 version is trying to solve this issue: we now have added cross-index
transactions, which means an update operation will always update all the data
at once, or none at all. Of course, read transaction will not be able to see
any of the updated data until it's fully pushed into the database, so it should
solve the issue.
I can't guarantee that it's fully stable though, but the root cause was
addressed.
