actually, I think it enters in the same category as the parent project:
consensus, with no formal vote, but a delay for votes to offer the
opportunity to -1 it.
The idea is to be sure there is no blunder in those packages, which are
not provided to the public anyway.
So if you don't vote -1, it will be released.
