When browsing a LDAP server, creating an entry in studio, and deleting it from
outside of Studio, then refreshing the browsing page, the entry is not shown.
So far, so good.
Now, trying to recreate the entry in Studio will block, as it will say the
entry already exists (which is obviously wrong).
The only way to get Studio to fall back on its feet is to shut it down, and
restart it: then the entry can be recreated.
This is clearly a pb with the cache that is not updated even if you disconnect
and reconnect.
