I'm pretty sure that the function:
```
private static char toLowerCaseChar( char c )
{
return ( c < TO_LOWER_CASE.length ) ? TO_LOWER_CASE[c] : c;
}
```
will throw a AOOBE if we pass \u8000 as a char (or any char which b16 is set
to 1).
Something like:
```
private static char toLowerCaseChar( char c )
{
return ( ( c & 0x00FF) < TO_LOWER_CASE.length ) ? TO_LOWER_CASE[c]
: c;
}
```
would probably be better.
