A *DSML* gateway's service-account password is rotated; its bind now returns
*invalidCredentials*, which is only logged.
Clients keep submitting *DSML* batches, which execute anonymously against the
directory — on servers allowing anonymous reads the gateway keeps returning
data with no authentication, and writes are attempted under the wrong identity
