A principal with delegated _ACI-write_ rights stores the value above.
The syntax checker validates it so the server persists it.
When the authorization machinery later calls _ _on the stored value it throws
*NPE* on every evaluation — persistent unhandled exceptions in the
authorization path for that protected entry (*DoS* on operations governed by
that *ACI*).
