A web app blocks the username '_admin_' at input validation, then builds
"_(uid={0})_" via _FilterEncoder.format_.
The attacker submits '_\61dmin_' — the blocklist sees no forbidden substring,
the encoder emits _(uid=\61dmin)_, the directory decodes the assertion to
'_admin_', and the lookup proceeds against the fenced-off entry.
The same trick defeats per-username lockout/rate-limit counters keyed on the
literal input.
