After a client completes a *SASL* bind with _auth-int_ *QoP*, a *MITM* rewrites
one *TCP* segment so the 4-byte *SASL* length prefix reads _0xFFFFFFFF_; the
client's _SaslFilter_ throws _NegativeArraySizeException_ in the *MINA* chain
and the connection dies with a generic error rather than an integrity alarm;
the peer itself can send the same bytes for a one-packet session kill.
