Fix For: 2.1.9
An operator enables debug logging (or an application logs *LDAP* responses on
error paths) on a system using _Password Modify_ with server-side generation.
Each response's _toString()_ lands in the log with the cleartext generated
password, exposing fresh credentials to anyone with log access (aggregation,
support bundles, lower-privileged log readers).
