An admin tool exposes '_create trigger subentry_' with a user-supplied name
passed to _TriggerUtils.createTriggerExecutionSubentry_.
A name of '_evil,cn=existingSubentry_' makes the *JNDI* operation address a
different *DN* than intended, modifying or creating an entry outside the
expected naming point.
