Hello, We have a working mirror (ftp.spnet.net) in Bulgaria from about 6 months. It's status is good acording to this http://ftp.stardiv.de/mirmon/mirror-state.html#bg
The problem is that this site is not listed in download locations for Bulgaria, and that's why it is not widely used. Is there any additional requirement that we are missed or just a configuration/webmaster error.
