safe mode is not an issue here I should think, since no interaction with

i think php is not available on the OOo server, but it is, however on my
server, which also happens to be the server running the tracker. As
Deepankar suggested it may be an idea to place the page on my server.
This would ensure php and other possible prequesits to be available.
