I have no clue whether ther is demand - but for non-english speaking users the bt distribution is not very appealing - you have to use a regular mirror anyway to fetch your language data/a localized version.. Are you interested in hosting a CD-Iso-Image from german-lang project? At german-lang we have a compilation called PrOOo-Box. Distributing it via BitTorrent was mentioned several times, but nobody had the knowledge/possibility to host one...
