As part of developing the P2P project to allow other download methods I
was interested if any of the mirrors would be interested in hosting
Gnutella2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnutella2) servers?
The theory part (courtesy of Adrian Macneil) is that : "this would
connect to the Gnutella2 p2p network, and share the files already on
their server. This would greatly improve the download speed for users
on the network, and more importantly, ensure that there are good
download rates even with the less common files such as solaris builds
and source code."
