Probably the all languages installer would be best for the Extras CD, since it 
would address a larger set of users. OTOH, individual installers would be 
useful for the NL projects...And it would be very good and useful to include 
the language packs on the Extras CD as well... in fact, if the language packs 
and a suitable installer can be integrated, that would make a great CD2....

Probably be a bit of a hassle... I've not set up an FTP server on my machine 
recently, although I have in the past. I think I lost the config file when I 
changed machines though. I'll take a look, and if I can do so I'll arrange 
for Kami to upload it to my machine (I'll set up an rsync server at the same 
time so it can be kept up to date more easily).
