I went to the P2P download page at http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/index.html
and chose
version OpenOffice.org 2.0.1

language English (en)
and I was surprised to see that it gave me
OOo_2.0.1_LinuxIntel_langpack_hi_IN.tar.gz.torrent
which I think is the Hindi Indian language pack. It's certainly not the right file.
I tried again with the usual gyrations (clear browser cache, turn off proxies, try
from another Linux machine, try from a Windows XP machine with IE, wait a day and
try again) and always got the same result.
So I followed the "_javascript_ not working?" link to
http://borft.student.utwente.nl/~adrian/bt.php
and downloaded the right file (OOo_2.0.1_LinuxIntel_install.tar.gz). While I was
there I noticed that in the list there, four files are listed for 2.0.1 +
Linux(x86) + English: the right file and the three Indian language packs. That
doesn't seem right. And the Hindi langpack is the last of the four. Could it be
that the P2P download page is picking the last match in the list?
It seems *really* unlikely that no one else has noticed that the Linux English
download is broken, but it sure looks like it is to me. Please someone show me what
I'm missing?
