PS Dough Thompson of Website has suggested this phrasing for the JRE mystery:

Note: If your computer already has Java, download the version without the Java Runtime Engine (JRE). If Java isn't installed or you don't know, then choose the download with JRE included. You may get better transfer rate if you choose a server near you, i.e., on the same continent. If you don't know which to choose, you may select a server at random from anywhere on the list.

When I try to download the 2.0.2 version through p2p, the version dropdown presents me the following choices:

Windows
Windows (w/JRE)

It's unclear what does this w/JRE mean: with JRE or without JRE. How hard would be to write the whole bloody word??
