If the outtages are likely to continue, would it be possible to set-up an alternative tracker somewhere?They are not very likely to continue ;) sorry for the inconvenience.. :(
We experiment a lot with Xen here (VMWare for free) and I could set you up on a guest domain with a decent linux2.4 image as an alternative if you like to.
