The torrents are autogenerated from the files that are distributed using
the OOo-mirror-network.
What's not mirrored on these servers is not available as torrent. As
simple as that.

Well, the mirror-network only adds QA'd builds, so you either have to
beg an exception (and I wonder why there should be an exception).

If you have a server that seeds the builds, then the torrents could use
the OOo-trackers.

Come on, you cannot be serious. If you don't have it you cannot ask to
have it added to any of the servers. Do you think the people running the
mirrors snip with their fingers and then a build appears out of nowhere?

That's very likely a non-vanilla build... and an old build anyway.

You wrote you filed an issue to add the builds to the mirror network.
Within that issue there are the links to the builds.
Download these builds, test them and approve them. Then the'll be
distributed.
